Unfortunately at the moment we don’t install any shelves or drill into any walls, we will help set up tables and units if it is us that deliver to you not a third party delivery company 

• How do you deliveries work? 

We have a local courier who takes care of all of our local delivery needs as well as us directly, we also use a number of trusted third party couriers for nationwide delivery all of the above are fully insured and trusted by us 

Here at Nailed it, we want to make sure every customer feels valued. 

As your item is made from new and reclaimed wood which has either been kiln dried or naturally dried, there may be evidence of its previous history, which means that you can expect to find knocks, cuts, stains and marks. We take a lot of care to keep all the interesting features of any timber meaning there will be features such as splits, cracks, knots and waney edges and as the wood ages and with seasonal changes occasionally planks can twist, bow or move. All these imperfections do not impact its use and we believe they create a truly unique and rustic piece of furniture for your home.  

Please note the grain and look of the wood will vary from item to item as each one is individually handmade to order and also the sizes might vary very slightly due to the nature of the wood.

You will receive the following in our care boxes. 

·  Fiddes hard wax oil 

·  Lint free cloth 

·  Sanding paper 

·  Gloves 

·  Tips and tricks

We love every piece we make just as much as you do owning them. 

It’s always important to keep them up to date and looking fresh with the everyday wear and tear they go through.

Within your care package, you will have everything you need to bring your piece of furniture back to life. Below are some step by step instructions on how to use them. 

First step

Give the unit a good clean with just a wet cloth 

Second 

Lightly sand the unit with the sand block provided 

Third 

Using the cloth provided wipe a thin layer of the Fiddes hard wax oil onto the unit making sure to have a very thin layer all over the unit. Leave to dry for at least 24 hours.

Forth 

Again lightly rub down the unit with the sanding block until nice and smooth to touch. Wipe off the dust. 

Fifth 

Again using the cloth, run a thin even layer across the whole unit making sure there are no lines or marks as you go, if necessary run your cloth from left to right of the table until you get an even spread and then let it dry until not tacky 

Final step 

Buff the unit with a dry lint free cloth until nice and smooth.

Cancellations 

For cancellations of your order please get in contact within 7 days of your order confirmation and as long as we haven’t started the project we will be happy to cancel the order and return your deposit. 

Deposits 

After the  7 day cooling off period all deposits are non refundable, this is to protect material costs and custom work already started

Returns 

Returns aren’t accepted for any of our products as they are all custom made to your requirements. 

Faults or concerns 

Any faults or concerns should be brought to our attentions as soon as possible, we spend a lot of time and hard work on your piece and we want to make sure you love it as much as we do. However sometimes life gets in the way.
